Chartered Institute of Logistics Qualifications

Working in Partnership with The Chartered Institute of Logistics (CILT).  The following qualifications will be offered from February 2010. The courses will take place at Total Logistics Training Academy. All courses can also be offered in house.

Aimed at:

New entrants to the Logistics industry and employees already working within the industry who would like to improve industry knowledge.

The course provides the underpinning knowledge of logistics theory and the application of this theory. To achieve the new level 2 qualification, candidates must study and pass two mandatory units and two option units.

Aimed at:

Managers, supervisors and team leaders equipping them with management skills and deeper knowledge of warehousing, transport inventory and passenger transport.

Aimed at: Middle / Senior Managers and Graduates.

A professional qualification for individuals already working within logistics and transport who wish to develop a strategic view of logistics and transport operations and to become capable of reviewing operational activities.

The Professional Diploma provides the educational standard for full Membership of the Institute - MILT.

The course covers a generic operational management unit and three optional units.
